Good evening OROC,
We're very excited to be hosting the first ever Ostrich Orbit OROC launch this weekend in Brothers. This will be a great weekend to test out all of your almost-ready rockets for NXRS later this month 😁. The weather forecast looks very reasonable and not too
hot for the weekend, which is great for a June launch.
As a matter of transparency to those attending the launch this weekend, the Klamath Falls 173rd Fighter Wing will be hosting two visiting F-35 fighter wing groups, so our flying schedule will likely see several interruptions in the morning and early afternoons
for all three days of our launch. We'll work with the fighter wing air management teams to mitigate disruptions to our event, but it's likely we'll see several multiple two-hour shutdowns over the weekend.
On the plus-side, these intermittent shutdowns will give everyone more time to get more rockets ready to fly this weekend!
